Preparado panificable y de Reposteria Bread and Pastry mix

DESCRIPTION:
This mix is a dietary food, that is a perfect part of those diets in which the gluten must be restricted (protein part of the cereals: wheat, oats, barley, rye and triticale) like coeliac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, etc, because in its composition, only gluten free raw materials have been used.

INGREDIENTS:

Corn starch, potato starch, powdered skim milk, sugars, thickening agents (Guar gum and pectin), gasifiers (gluconodeltalactone and Sodium bicarbonate), Soya flour, emulsifier (E-472e), iron and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and niacin. Powdered dried natural yeast (8g).

PRESENTATION:
This product is available in:
*Packet of 5OOg with a sachet of natural yeast (8 g).
Carton boxes with 10 packets (10 x 500 g).
*Bags of 25 Kg.
SHELF LIFE: 18 months in a dry and cool place.
